I never met a single person that likes diets and that’s why I say that this is not a diet. If it was a diet you couldn´t do it for unlimited time. For me, a good diet is one that we don´t feel we are on a diet. It adjusts to our lives, not the contrary.

To be honest ...

the only time I followed a diet was on my 14 years old when I was struggling to gain weight and it didn´t worked. Today I am not thin but I feel comfortable on my body.


Right now I am always up and down with 2 kilos because of hormone imbalance, consequence of pre-menopause. My doctor says that I am lucky for not gaining more weight but it´s not lucky, it´s discipline and some tricks that I am going to share with you in this program.

Although I never had weight problems before, my mom BMI is 44, a class III obesity (morbid obesity) and that had an impact on me since an early age. I could see that we don´t get more 5kg or 40kg from one day to another. And I want you to have this in consideration: if you are willing to lose weight and get healthy remember that it took you months or years to get where you are, so be patient and don´t expect that  the reverse happens in a second.
