Today I have a very simple but powerful and delicious smoothie to share with you.
If you are like me and tend to bloat, try this smoothie as a dinner. You won´t feel hungry and you will wake up with your belly flat 😊.
Please consider that this recipe serves only one person.
In a blender, mix:
1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen) + 1 cup of spinach + 1 cup of non diary milk + 1 banana + 2 tbsp of cashew + 1 tbsp flax seeds + 1 tbsp of sunflower seeds + 1 tbsp of chia + 6 dates pitted
