This recipe tastes amazing and it´s so easy and quick to do. If you add a cup of rice it´s a great meal for kids too.
So let´s go.
Ingredients
1 can of kidney beans
1 cabbage, sliced
1 red onion, sliced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Smoked Paprika
Fresh coriander (optional)
Preparation:
In a skillet place all the ingredients except the beans and cook until the cabbage is tender. At the end add the beans and rectify salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes and it´s done. Add some fresh coriander if you like and serve with salad.
