Red Cabbage with Butter Beans

1 can of butter beans

1 red cabbage, sliced

2 cloves of garlic, minced

olive oil

salt and pepper

2 tsp smoked Paprika

In a skillet place all the ingredients except the beans, add a little bit of water and cook. When the cabbage is tender, add the beans and rectify salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes and it´s done. Serve with a fresh salad.

Note: if you are not in a low carb diet, or for the rest of the family, serve with rice.
